Our purpose is to provide a quality umpire service for a fair fee, for both umpire and coach, for Summer, Fall, and Winter high school scrimmages for teams valley-wide. 

We are committed to providing high-quality work at all levels.   We work hard to provide an organization where our umpires can network and promote their professionalism, respect, integrity, and love of the game. 

We are a team of independent contractor umpires, based mostly in the Phoenix area that work pro, college, high school, and travel ball tournaments.  We have a passion for what we do, are always working to get better, and building rapport and mutual respect along the way.
